CTET Syllabus 2024 has been released by CBSE at the official site. Candidates can now go through the latest CTET exam pattern and the syllabus for Paper 1 and Paper 2. The acknowledgment of the pattern, syllabus and it's important topics is necessary before starting the preparation.
The exam
will be held on July 2024, candidates
require accurate knowledge of all the topics of CTET 2024 syllabus.
So, we are sharing the CTET syllabus in Hindi and English for Paper 1 &
Paper 2. Candidates can also download the CTET Syllabus PDF at the
end of this post.
Check
CTET syllabus in Hindi (सी.टी.ई.टी/सीटेट सिलेबस व परीक्षा पैटर्न हिंदी में). It will be beneficial for the
candidates who find the English language a little more challenging then Hindi.

Please
note that the CTET exam syllabus is almost the same for the subjects that
are common in Paper 1 & 2. Variation is in the difficulty level of the
questions that will be asked in both Paper-1 & 2. We will start with the
exam pattern and then proceed to the syllabus detail.

Pattern 2024
CTET
Paper 1 will take place for those who want to become a teacher for classes
I to V. CTET Paper 2 is for the candidates who want to become a teacher
for classes VI to VIII. There is no limitation to choose any one of the
papers, you can also appear for both the papers.

Important
Details for CTET 2024
- This year, the CTET exam will be
held in the following languages:
English,
Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Bangla, Manipuri, Tamil, Marathi, Mizo, Nepali,
Oriya, Khasi, Malayalam, Telugu, Tibetan, Garo, Assamese, Gujarati, Kanada
- The CTET 2024 will be objective
in nature
- For each correct answer,
candidates will get one mark
- There is no negative marking for
the incorrect answers
- It is necessary to attempt all
the sections, as there is no negative marking
- In Paper 2, the fourth section
is chosen by candidates. Candidates can opt for the subject that they
later want to teach.

Points to Remember
