What is AIBE
AIBE stand for ( All India Bar Examination) which is established by the ( Bar Council of India) BCI . this exam is organized by the BCI ( Bar Council of India) every year. The objective of AIBE is to examine the capacity of Advocate's to practice the Profession of Law in India. It addresses the candidate’s analytical abilities and understanding the basics Knowledge of law. This exam conduct in 40 cities every year. The notification bringing the All India Bar Examination into force was passed by the Legal Education Committee and the members of the Bar Council of India at duly constituted meetings on April 10, 2010 and April 30, 2010.
Qualification for AIBE (All India Bar Examination)
- Candidate should be Graduate with 3 year LL.B or 5 year LL.B Programs from a Govt. recognized University.
- Candidate should be enroll with any State Bar Council as an Advocate
