Important Dates:
- Application Form Release: June 2024 (tentative)
- Exam Date: July 2024 (tentative)

Eligibility:
- Candidates must have an LLB
degree from a BCI-recognized institute.
- They must be enrolled with
their respective State Bar Council and possess an advocate enrolment card.
- There is no age limit and
candidates can attempt the exam multiple times.
Exam Pattern:
- Mode: Offline (pen-and-paper)
- Duration: 3.5 hours
- Questions: 100 objective-type
questions
- Languages: The exam can be taken in
any one of 11 languages including Hindi, English, and regional languages.
- No negative marking
Application Process:
1. Registration: Visit the official website and
provide necessary details to receive a registration number and password.
2. Fee Payment: General/OBC - ₹3560, SC/ST -
₹2560 (inclusive of bank charges).
3. Document Upload: Upload required documents
including advocate ID card, enrolment certificate, and category/disability
certificate if applicable.
4. Form Submission: Complete and submit the
application form online. No need to send a hard copy.
Exam Centres:
The exam
will be held in 50 cities across India, including New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru,
Kolkata, and more.
